“Serious health hazard: Persistent mold issues despite friendly staff.”
I have mixed feelings about this stay. The staff at the reception were incredibly polite and helpful, but the hotel has a major problem that cannot be ignored: ubiquitous mold. We were first offered a very dark room with no glass window, only a wooden shutter. After we asked to change, we were moved to a 'better' room, but it was just as moldy and damp as the first one. It is a serious health issue that needs urgent attention. If it weren't for the mold, the room would easily be a 9/10 or 10/10, but this is a critical problem that must be resolved immediately.
