“Our stay was OK & convenient, can't complain. The hotel has seen better days, looks a bit tired.”
Location was good and convenient parking (extra). The kids used the pool which was heated.

“Disappointing on so many levels”
The hotel is very old and outdated. Definitely not 4*. Rooms are smelly, our bed sheets were smelling like cigarette smoke and we didn’t even have towels in the room (we were 2 people). We could hear every noise from our neighbours next door even when talking on the phone. Also, when we asked the person at the reception to make another access card for the room (we received 1 only), it seemed like we bothered the person and we had to insist for that person to do its job. We wanted to pay the night before our departure as we were leaving early in the morning, we got the same attitude and they told us that is not possible and to do it the next day.

All went smooth and i slept well. Unlike others i found the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

Extremely friendly staff, great location close to the center, big room (we had a suite). The bed was old but comfortable.
