Modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. It was only 20mins walk or 10min drive into the city centre. Breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful small boutique hotel, completely new. À la carte and really nice breakfast We were upgraded to a large room which was very comfortable with all amenities We only spent one night on 25 dec so the neighborhood was empty, we took the car to go to the old city center Receptionist was extremely friendly and took time to explain the history of the hotel

“Our favourite stay in Argentina, with beds to die for and welcoming and friendly staff”

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at El Bodeguero. From the moment we got there, the team were friendly, kind and always happy to assist. In particular both Lionel and Mark, on the front desk, were always chatty, asked about our day and gave helpful advice whenever asked. We spent three of our days doing very early starts and the team were more than happy to provide us with a breakfast bag to take away first thing, and accommodated us being vegetarian and not drinking dairy. The days we did get to have breakfast, we adored the scrambled egg with avocado on sourdough toast. And as far as coffee goes, and everyone should know coffee is not Argentinas strong point, we’re actually the best hotel coffee we had over our entire trip. The breakfast team were also very sweet and were always happy to accommodate our entry level Spanish 😂 The bedroom itself was fantastic, very spacious and fantastically clean. The bed was our favourite in Argentina, I hated having to wake up every morning as I never wanted to get out of the bed 😅 the bathroom was also beautiful, huge shower but could benefit from a handheld and a little bit of shelf space in the shower itself, if I’m desperately trying to find something to pick at. The team were more than happy to accommodate our late check out request and held our bags for the day whilst we enjoyed the last day we had in Salta. The location isn’t in the ‘main’ area but a short 10 minute walk away, which when you understand how busy Salta is, means the area is very quiet and easy to get to for any excursion vehicles and Ubers. Honestly, this was our favourite stay in Argentina and we are still talking about the bed and how comfy it was.

fantastic place to stay in Salta. Loved everything about the place: very cosy, stylish, feels boutique and modern but with very effective references to the building it is in with wooden details, spacious stairway and a tiny old lift that works great to get the luggage up or down. The room is spacious, all beddings are of superior quality. There are glasses including wine ones in the room too. Bathroom is fully equipped with everything you may need. Really really lovely place to stay Also, breakfast is a la cart, which after travelling for 3 weeks already felt very refreshing. Breakfast is great And a small detail which we missed, but definitely worth mentioning - you get a welcoming glass of wine in the restaurant on the house

The room was beautifull, the estatate had breathtaking views, the staff was extremely helpfull and kind. Food was amazing en the wine even better. Even though this value was a bit more expensive than other stays in Argentina, it was completely worth it.

“A true in the middle of Salta”

One of the best hotels we ever stayed. Really good service from all the staff and very clean facilities.. A true example of how a hotel experience should be. The hotel was recently renovated. One of the reception staff was also kind enough to show us the wine cellar and explain more about the history of the building. The hotel also has a restaurant and the food was great.

Absolutely everything!! This is a gem in Salta. A very stylish, well decorated, beautiful hotel in a very central location. The bedrooms are very big and comfy. The bathroom is beautiful and super clean. The restaurant was awesome, and the staff was very friendly and helpful
