TV & AC were not working and the staff did nothing about it. We had to stay without the amenities that the hotel was supposed to provide

Bedbugs woke me up in the middle of night while they were biting on me. They were crawling on the bed and on the floor. The staff handled the situation the best way they could at that time and offered us a new room but we couldent stay there. We Slept the rest of the night in our car., got full payment back. Only positiv thing was the staff, they were super helpful and felt really sorry about the situation.
