We found the owners to be very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The hotel is central in town.

Good location, especially for hikers. The owners who manage the hotel were superbly welcoming and helpful. I broke my ankle in the Pyrenees above Sallent, and the dear lady in charge took me in her car to the village doctor, and organised a taxi to hospital. I am very grateful for their generosity, making me feel at home. Hotel facilities are great, but the hearts of the couple in charge are greater.

This is a lovely and welcoming family run hotel. The staff were helpful in getting my gear and sorting my problems. The breakfast was lovely with home made preserves and biscuit , with the best Cafe con leche I had in 3 weeks travelling in Spain.

The owners are both lovely people and very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower had lots of hot water. A good location in the centre of Sallent.

Family owned with very nice staff that made us feel at home. Great to live for a weekend in the “house of the giant” :) Breakfast was also very nice with a delicious home made cake every day.

I was a through hiker travelling on foot walking the GR11 with heavy backpack. Breakfast was great! Coffee and a variety of meats and hams followed by toasted crusty bread and enough clotted cream and jam to kickstart my day's hike. Normally it would be too many calories - but in the circumstamces ideal walking fuel. And so tasty, like an English Cream Tea but first thing in the morning. The owners are a lovely couple, who called me over for a drink when they saw me in a local bar. I had clothes to wash, and they allowed me use of the boiler room with hanging rail and hot air to dry my things before setting off. Hotel and owners very much reccomended - thank you

Location is fabulous Staff some of the friendliest

Location was perfect. Reception extremely helpful.

Only a one night stay for us, but accomodation could have easily been a base for several nights to explore the surrounding moutains. Staff was great and provided advice on various dinner options for different budgets.

The hosts were really kind, the breakfast was delicious, especially their home made cheese.

Amazing hostess. Very clean, excellent shower. Nice breakfast.
