My flight itinerary was changed after I had booked the guesthouse, but the managers were flexible enough to adapt to my changed dates. I stayed for 9 nights which was great; that was a good start. My queries in the booking.com messenger were always promptly answered both in advance of my stay and also during the stay. The initial issues (e.g. how to work the AC) were quickly dealt with to my satisfaction. I had booked the studio type appartment, which gave me maximum flexibility, e.g. for early starts and making my own breakfasts and dinners. It was also important for me that it was basically flat from the car park to the entrance of my studio. The main plus points for me: on-site private car parking (invaluable in Malta!) and good value for money. All staff I met and interacted with was extremely helpful and eager to please.

Very clean budget hotel, settled in an old villa. Everything basic but well organized and friendly staff.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful for everything. The room was clean, and the breakfast was decent - basic comple. Communication was great.

Location was good, breakfast was nice, staff friendly, and really quiet at night which was a bonus

“We wanted a quiet relaxing week in the sunshine...on a budget. We booked the right place for us.”

We thought we were a little too far out of town when we arrived but we were wrong; This little place is on the outskirts of town and believe me that's a blessing. From the quiet little pool your view is of countryside. It costs around £4 to get into town in an UBER or Bolt and it's well worth it to escape back to this oasis of calm after spending time walking along the beachfront looking for ....a beach....that's not really there.

Staff is amazing, helpfull and full of great attitude - loved it! Accomodation is just next to bus stops. Room - all you need is there. Perfect solution for EU travelers - in the socket option for EU plug. Breakfasts could have been more... evolve 😉. But scrambled eggs were always there 😂. Some salad wouldn't mind or ham or cheese choice. Maybe cucumber - those loney tomatoes were delicious but .... You know - could have been better but wasn't that bad too❤️

The guy was really nice to us . He did our check in in advance he proposed juice everything he’s a great person. Also I like the room it’s worth the money

“Great value for money, however hard beds”

Claim, kindly staff. Nice and clean, plenty of room and great for the value. Basic but okej breakfast. Closed area around the house, small garden with some animals and flowers, around 15mins walk to St Paul City, car park outside the house. About 2-3 minuter walk to the closest bus station. Heavy traffic close to the house but when your are inside, you cant hear it

I do like the people working in there,even if the place is not the way best one. I do believe that the friendness I find in there make the place better than a 5stars hotel

“Dissapointing”

The room was dirty and full of insects - there were cockroaches, ants (even in the bed), flies, and other bugs. There were also spider webs. After using the towels, my skin smelled strongly of chlorine or bleach, which was very unpleasant. Cleanliness overall was far below acceptable standards. The listing advertises an indoor pool, but this is misleading. It is actually a very small pool located in a separate outdoor building. Access is limited - you have to ask permission to use it, and you can only stay while a staff member is present. The pool area itself was dirty, and the water looked white. When touching the edges of the pool, it left white residue on the skin. Breakfast was included, but the dining area had a very bad smell the evening before. Considering the overall lack of hygiene and presence of cockroaches, we did not feel comfortable eating there and chose to leave as early as possible. The location is also poor, with no nearby shops or attractions. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

The location The staff/Employees were really kind and helpful. They let us checked in 20 minutes earlier.

Kind and helpful staff. Modest but good breakfast. Air conditioning. Fridge and kettle in the room. Swimming pool.

It was in good area. It was a old guest house with old furniture but is was so nice and quiet and beautiful 😍❤️ the break was v good O

Calm and privacy friendly atmosphere.

Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a quiet location which was perfect for us. Breakfast included was a bonus. We hired a car because we had plans to visit areas all over the island. If you didn't have a car the bus stop was just around the corner for the sightseeing bus which goes all over the island.
