“Ideal for a short stay”

Small guesthouse, 5 minutes walk from bus terminal, close to several restaurants and tiendas. Area seems safe, key to own room. No English spoken, but good communication by WhatsApp. Friendly. Clean. Very quiet. Wifi/internet/network excellent in room (not tried elsewhere). Flat screen TV with streaming (but only YouTube seemed to be setup). Drinking water, teas & coffee available. Small bedroom, small comfortable double bed, decent lighting, air-conditioning, bin, small storage area. Powerpoints. Table 'ledge' & chair. Good size bathroom, hot shower. Towel rail. This place is what it is, if you want 1 or 2 nights only before moving on, this is the ideal place.

Room had aircon and good wifi.

Location good, comfortable and clean enough. Owner is nice as well. Air con good.

As other reviews mentioned, great for the ADO bus around the corner. We got in quite late and the staff opened up for us and were very friendly.

Very close to the bus station ( 2 min walk) included a bed and a shower. They answered the door when I called and let us in.

Everything was nice and clean. Few minutes from Ado bus station.

We only stayed one night and for our stay everything was wonderful, clean, air conditioning worked great. We liked everything. It was unusual for me due to the lack of a regular window; there was a small window in the ceiling, which was quite enough to illuminate the room.

Just 2 blocks from ADO bus terminal and not so far to walk direction Zócalo to get to some grocery stores and food stands. The room was perfectly clean and nice, air conditioning worked excellently.

Unfortunately the room was not as pictured. I booked this hotel for myself and my dad and we arrived around 9pm. There was only 1 bed, no outside area, and we were given 1 polystyrene cup to share for water. The host charged me $100 pesos more than booking.com had advertised. When I explained this was the wrong room and showed her the pictures, she blamed booking.com and refused to lower the price. I’m empathetic for people in this situation, I understand they need to make a living and feed their family. However, scamming people is not the solution. I would have been happy to accept the room at a lower cost as it was late and we didn’t have another option for somewhere to stay. It was a shame that the host was dishonest and refused to offer a solution. Photo pictured is the room, I wouldn’t want the same to happen to future guests.
