The villa is warm and homely. Well kept, clean and very cosy. Running hot water 24/7 and the food was really yummy as well. Felt safe as a solo single woman traveler.

we loved that it was an old Goan house converted into a Homestay. The rooms are super snug but well decorated to give it character. it was also very quiet which was nice. and the wonder Baneen & Rohit are very sweet.

“Coming back to this place”
A quaint, hole in the wall property that can be missed by tourists. And that, makes Bate Papo niche and distinctive. It’s quiet yet not cut off from the surrounding. Tolpoi, the caretaker took great care of us. This is a great place for anyone who wishes to unwind, getaway from the urban monotony. Definitely coming back. Excellent food, prompt team.
