Everything was wonderful: the room, the bed, dinner, and breakfast. This is the perfect place to disconnect. I stayed here with my dog, and the owners were truly amazing. Thank you for the warm welcome and for making me feel at home. I wish this lovely couple and their baby all the best, they have created such a special place.

Peaceful location, clearly a labour of love for the owners who were very helpful with recommendations in the area. The property was exactly as described online, and the welcome was friendly and the generous breakfast included ingredients grown on site. Lots of outside spaces to relax in the grounds. The place was spotless and beautifully designed, with a fresh and modern aesthetic that made it a pleasure to stay in. On top of that, the view was absolutely breathtaking — truly one of the highlights of our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

We traveled by motorcycle and stayed at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We especially appreciated the safe parking and the peaceful surroundings, which made for a relaxing stay after a long ride. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through the area – whether on two wheels or four!

Beautiful surroundings, comfortable and spacious room. Really nice breakfast. We didn’t have a car so walked into the town which was really nice. Our friends who also stayed there had cars so we were able to get a lift back which was helpful.

The hosts of Domaine Labouroume are a lovely couple and put a lot of effort into ensuring their guests are happy and comfortable. Our room had a spa bath big enough for two and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and our evening meal and breakfast were all home produced items which was lovely.

Magical place that is just far enough from civilisation. It’s quiet, relaxing, spotless clean, and beautifully decorated. We highly recommend it to everyone, and will definitely come back.

“Traditional French property with a warm welcome and fabulous service from the hosts.”

1. We loved the location, situated just a 5 minute drive from the town, situated on a hillside overlooking Salies De Bearn and the surrounding area. 2. The hosts are just lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble. We needed a taxi, Aline arranged it. We had a problem with the hire car, Aline and Jeremy made great suggestions (go to Dax). 3. From the moment we touched down in Bordeaux, Aline sent a text to me asking if we wanted dinner (hot and cold options available). We didn't that night but we ate twice from her kitchen over 5 nights. Delicious food & drink. 4. The property is spotless. We had a mid stay refresh after Aline suggested it. 5. It's a working "small holding". Jeremie works hard growing vegetables (hence delicious food) and with his vines to make wine. Aline concentrates on the boarding house, ensuring a very comfortable stay. 6. The property is recently renovated in traditional style. Significant effort has been made to retain rural French culture with modern facilities (USB ports,Fast WiFi, lighting, standalone bath, separate shower and wc). Our room was extremely comfortable and we watched UK tv via iPad whilst sitting on the outside terrace with a bottle of wine. We often stay in chain hotels with all the facilities that they offer. Domaine Labouroume offered something different that we were very comfortable with. We loved the warmth of the personal service that the hosts generously provided.

Located easy to find, close to town sailes de bearn and can even walk there. Very friendly welcome and we had breakfast and dinner each day. This was both really good food, locally sourced and plenty of it. Warm croissants and bread on a morning with condiments and fruit etc. Evening meal should you wish to have it too. Very dog friendly. Rooms are very clean and new, very quiet at night to sleep too. We will certainly return

We spent a very comfortable and relaxing week at Domaine Labouroume. The house and settting are beautiful. The bedroom was '5 star', beautifully appointed with top quality linens, fluffy towels, robes and a very comfortable king size bed. Aline is a very kind and attentive host and we received a warm welcome from her and her family. She gave us excellent advice on places to visit, restaurant recommendations and a lovely French breakfast each morning (and an exceptional picnic!). Domaine Laboureme was a great base for our French holiday. We could relax in the garden or in the beautiful restored barn, walk to the village, take a trip up into the hills and explore the Basque country, or hit the motorway to Biarritz or St Jean de Luz.
