“Good location to walk into town”

We only stayed for one night and we chose the motel for the location, walking distance into town. The exterior of the motel is well kept and very friendly staff but our room was basic. The bathroom is small and dated although the shower worked very well. Parking outside the motel was tight as there were lots of other vehicles. In the morning when we came to leave my husband struggled to get into our car and someone had parked so close.

In a quiet location on the outskirts of town. An easy 5-10 minute walk to downtown shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was located right at the base of the Colorado Collegiate Range of mountains. There is a local hill with biking and hiking trails just down the street. White-water rafting and many city activities are available within minutes. The amenities inside the room made it feel more like staying at a family member's house. For example, the coffee provided was an actual container of grounds from a local coffee shop. The coffee cups themselves were small, decorative ceramic cups.

Clean spacious room. Breakfast snacks available from office free of charge although not mentioned when booked.

There was no breakfast as such - just some perfunctory system of taking energy bars, bad coffee at reception.

Great little place that feels homely. It's such a pretty traditional family run Motel. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Some nice little touches, a filter coffee machine, coffee grounds in a jar and Porcelain coffee cups. 5-10 min walk into town. All staff members were very helpfull. I would definitely stay here again.

So Very Clean!! Very pet friendly and we really appreciate a clean, pet friendly hotel. Loved having a kitchen area with nice coffee pot and everything you need to make Breakfast and more.
