Very clean room, with frig with freezer, microwave and small coffee maker. There were plenty of towels. Bedside lamp had both USB and plug outlets for devices.

Gateway Inn and Suites is a typical motel with spacious room and an additional sofa and table. Staff is really nice, though have to pay attention the check-in time is before 10pm though she told me all the staff mostly stay close and will pick up the phone if there’s anything. Our first room was surprisingly not ready with sheet all around the ground but she immediately change a clean room for us and checked for the other room. Breakfast is included and quite good! And the lobby looks so nice!

Beautifully newly renovated room, very friendly staff at both check-in and checkout. Good breakfast. Property well looked after with flower beds and flower baskets around hot tub area.

The motel was easy to find and the rooms were nicely decorated and clean. We enjoyed using the hot tub. The lady in reception was very helpful.

When I booked it through Booking.com, it came up under rooms with balconies. I was disappointed when we got there to find there was no balcony. The desk clerk offered to cancel so we could look for another hotel, we chose to stay there. Very nicely renovated.

AC didn't work which made the room painfully warm. There was no shower, only a handheld sprayer in the jacuzzi and the valve didn't work so the spray was a little more than a drip.not sure how you have a hotel room without a shower...

Continental breakfast was more than what is often offered. Nice sitting areas to eat. The beds were super comfy. Large hot tub outside but enclosed with open windows was nice. It's part of deck with tables, chairs and umbrellas. Windows open to room - always nice. A/C worked fine but didn't need it due to cool mountain air overnight.
