Myself and my husband absolutely love staying here when we visit Salida. Kathy (spelling?) who works on the front desk always greets us with the loveliest, warmest welcome. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet and the hot tub is such a great bonus :) Hope to be visiting again soon. Thanks again for a fantastic stay.

Very homely hotel, not like usual chains which can be rather sterile. Very clean. Breakfast choices decent, a help your self counter with everything you need to fuel up. Not many tables but seemed to work, some customers grab and go. Efficient and friendly staff. Plenty of food options nearby, but also an easy 20 min walk to downtown (with shops and more eat/drink options) through nice neighbourhoods.

One of the cleanest rooms we've seen in any 2–3 star hotel across the U.S. The owners were genuinely helpful and made our late check-in smooth and easy. Great experience overall!

The property was really well presented, loved all the lovely displays around the motel. Felt very cosy and welcoming. We informed the motel we would be arriving late after checkin closed. Cathy very kindly accommodated us and made arrangements for our room key. We would most definitely recommend this lovely motel to anyone. It was very clean and fresh.

It was a good location on the main road with authentic decoration. The staff were helpful and positive. The room was clean and quiet. It was a great experience and just what we needed for our stop over.

The hotel owners were awesome. They served the most delicious coffee I have ever had during a hotel breakfast. I'd go back just for the coffee. I loved the cozy feel.
