Lovely staff, good breakfast, nice view over the city, clean facilities. My original tour operator never got back to me so Jacob helped organise a tour of the Cocora valley with another tour operator instead. Would highly recommend

Just incredible in every aspect. Especially the most caring employees. This place is beautiful, well located. Breakfast is amazing. Views are wonderful. I would totally recommend it to anyone unless you have problems walking up a few meters because it is located in a hill.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel has lots of charm, with plants, fireplace and comfy furniture in the public areas. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Location is perfect to walk everywhere in town while being away from the main tourist area.

Such a beautiful property in a great location. The breakfast was lovely and very generous and the staff were beyond wonderful! I was on the balcony in the mornings and I was offered coffee that was then brought straight up to the room! So thoughtful and genuinely a lovely stay. The room was bright and airy and the views from our room were just gorgeous. Sitting watching the birds was a highlight.

Beautiful country house located on the hight of town, which allowed for a great view and kept outside noise low (we were visiting on a busy bank holiday). Free parking included. Great breakfast included, The room was very complete and one can see that there was attention to detail in terms of comfort. The bathroom was modern and well illuminated. Good toiletries. It offers an upper covered deck in case you want to read, work or just have a snooze in the hammock.
