“No worth the money, it’s not a good place nor offers a good service”

It was very noise during the night, a disco or bar not sure which do the two was near by because there was a blasting music playing until at least midnight. Also, the toilet has pee and toilet paper on it on my check in. I had to request to charge room because it was disgusting to see and I thought maybe the whole room itself wants clean up properly. Also, when I arrived the lady in reception was busy watching her social media on her phone, I have to wait at least two minutes for her to fisihnher personal affairs to be “welcomed” and do my check in. I paid a bit more than $40 per night, the lodge it’s not worth that. $20 maximum, $25 being generous.

The location was really good on the main square, though it does get loud until late at night but we don't mind that. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, close to everything. The jeeps for Cocora Valley were directly outside, supermarket below the accommodation, restaurants all around. The room was spotless and very comfortable, exactly as described. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Good value for money, great locations, big room, nice stuff

Good choice for Salento, right on the central square above supermarket and few steps from Willys. Room was simple and functional. There are no breakfast in the hotel itself but many good cafes and breakfast places around

Everything was fine, the room and service were good. The only downside was the loud music from the bars below, but the staff informed me about it right after my booking, so it wasn’t a surprise.

“Pleasant stay”

You’re literally on the main square so great location. I asked for a quiet room as outside the main entrance is noisy and the room given was fine. You can hear some noise but it’s not that bad.

The hotel is cute, right on the beautiful plaza. The team was very nice, friendly and helpful. We arrived around 9.30am very tired after a night in the bus and without any problem we could check in and move in the room..that was super great and many other places would not offer that, even if the room is already ready!

Right on the square, this hotel is conveniently located above the supermarket. The room was very comfortable, with a hot shower and comfy bed. The staff were very kind.

Comfortable and clean room, hot shower, good wifi. I had a room in the back of the hotel where it was nice and quiet. In the back is also a nice balcony area to relax at. It’s at the main square, close to everything.
