Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good and sufficient enough to keep you full. The location was also very relaxing and beautiful.

The hotel has a beautiful design (be aware this should not be your reason), well located near the city center without being directly on the main street, and it’s very convenient that they have an integrated agency for tours and transfers.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which made a big difference. The room was comfortable for both of us, and the location is excellen. Breakfast was decent and did the job. The jacuzzi was great and a really nice bonus to the stay. Overall, it may not be anything overly luxurious, but it offers great value for money and a really solid experience.

Lovely place and just like in the pictures. Staff was the best and really helpfull with everything. Location was 2min walk from the plaza but still quiet in the night.

“Great stay at El Jardin!”

We loved our stay at El Jardin! Such a wonderful, well maintained property in the heart of Salento, a few minutes walk to the main square and Calle Real. The room is fairly basic but comfortable and very quiet, with daily housekeeping. The daily breakfast is basic (eggs, cereals, fruit etc) but good.

The location and view are amazing. You are right by the main center of the village. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. The food at the restaurant is also good

Too noisy! Especially because my room was in front of the road and close to the reception I could heard everything when people speak, laugh etc

Very tiny toilet seat and hand wash sink like air plane toilet, issues with hot water. No AC/Fan in room. It has very basic facilities so dont fall for high ratings.

“Charming hotel”

Receptionist was super friendly and helpful, and gave us nice recommendations during out stay. The hotel environment was gorgeous, well-maintained, and the views from the porches were beautiful.

I really liked the location, the house itself, the facilities, and the view, all of which were very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the café were also very friendly and welcoming.

El Jardin hotel is in a great location, 1 block away from the main town square. Super vibrant, lush, and floral hotel, with a spacious outdoor breakfast area. Staff was friendly and helped me store my luggage for both checkin and checkout.
