The place told me they are full when i arrived and said i have the reservation on booking.com, i showed them on my phone and the guy was just shaking the head! then he called somebody and asked and said booking.com made a mistake and I have to find another place! He was not friendly at all too. I honestly think that properties like that should be removed from booking.com as after I had to search for one hour to find a place and had to pay the double price that it would have been in this booking (140.000cop)! Of course at that time all other cheaper options on booking.com were full or too far away! Its very respectless, I remember this happened once or twice before to me and always the properties phelped me find other place for the same price or offered me a matrace or hammock at least for cheaper price! In this case they didnt give a shit and also they did NOT cancel the booking...
