“Nice simple stay in Salento”

Absolutely amazing views - we had one of the upstairs bedrooms and dawn and dusk were stunning looking across the valley. Little bit far from town, up and down a hill but worth it for the peaceful nights. Paid laundry facilities if needed. Nice warm shower. No heating but plenty of blankets in the room if we needed them.

Loved absolutely everything about this hostal! The Owner is the kindest man I’ve met during our travels. The private double room was a really good size and the shower was nice warm - shower pressure isn’t the best but still an enjoyable shower. The bed is comfortable and the location is good! Only 5 min walk (uphill) to the main square. The area is really safe and we enjoyed being slightly further as the views were beautiful & no noise pollution! We arrived very early (7am) and were able to leave our bag’s & laundry before we checked in after our tour, by the time we returned the washing was already in our room waiting for us!

Everything. The location is only a 5 min walk to town and very peaceful. The view is incredible. The owner is super friendly. The rooms are very comfortable. I would stay again.

The view from the common areas and from some of the rooms is very nice. Location is good, walking distance to the centre but outside of the main town so very peaceful area. Usable kitchen with filtered water so you can refill your bottle when you want.

A very peaceful location with a beautiful view out the bedroom window. John is a friendly host who helped us with food recommendations and coffee tours. We loved our stay here! Highly recommend.

The hostal has a amzing view and it is very quiet. It is online a few minutes from the center located. The kitchen was well equiped and very clean. The host was very friendly and helped us with all our questions. We had a very nice stay and can highly recommend it.

John was a great host, he went out of his way to help us when my son left his phone in taxi. Our bedrooms had amazing views, and lovely hot showers. Nice and quiet, just a short walk in to town.

We were surrounded by amazing nature which was amazing, and just a short walk (10-15 mins) away from everything in the Salento town centre. The owner is super friendly too :)

Really clean, quiet location on the edge of the town. He Let us park our small motos at the front of the house. Liked the offer of coffee in the mornings. Lovely view from the room.

The peacefulness and calm of the hostel was exactly what I was looking for. It was simple but clean and had everything I needed for a low cost accommodation. The hot water day of night in the shower was much appreciated. Staff were friendly. I loved the hammock in the communal area and took a couple of siestas there. Nice to be surrounded by nature. I was travelling solo and was completely safe walking to and from the town which is about 10 mins into the centre.
