“Pleasant”
The staff are lovely and the hotel was on the main strip. The hotel is clean. We got the micro-king which we didn’t realise was a king bed in a micro-room. So the sink is next to the bed.

“Brilliant hotel”
So central to everything..within easy walking distance to Salem's main historical landmarks. Lovely old cobbled streets & pedestrian area right outside the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff & great food in the cafe/ restaurant.

“Luxurious stay in the heart of Salem”
The room was surprisingly well lit by natural light given the location and it was BEAUTIFUL. The pictures don’t do it justice. Beds were comfortable, the shower was fantastic - the ceiling heights made it feel extra spacious. Bring a water bottle to fill up at the water station on your floor. It was annoying to continuously fill glasses given. And the pizza is a must have! It was so well priced and absolutely delicious!

Great hotel, large room, comfortable bed, really friendly and helpful staff! Loved the water refill stations outside the room too. Only one small issue was that on Saturday night the party in the downstairs bar was very loud - but they’d finished up by 9pm so it wasn’t really an issue. If you’re sensitive to noise or like to sleep very early, this might be an issue.

“Funky, cute hotel in the middle of town”
Highlights-- the water & sparkling water stations, room layout, huuuge bed!, cool decor, great little bathroom, perfect water temp & pressure, amazingly friendly staff, location in the centre of town. Lowlights-- nothing!!!
