“Gorgeous boutique stay”

An incredible stay. We got married in Salem, coming back to the coach house was lovely as the staff were kind enough to leave us a gift to celebrate. The beds are super comfortable and I loved that we could message the concierge if we had any questions at all. They are very attentive even though you don't see them. As we stayed for a week we had a midweek clean which the concierge messaged to offer to us. The room was really lovely and very clean and comfortable.

Honestly pretty much everything! I've stayed in a lot of countries and cities and this has to be the best room by far! Decor was second to none and everywhere you looked was just beautiful. Especially loved the little photo seat on the 2nd floor and the beds... oh my god! I've bever slept so sound. Hosts were also amazing and responded to every question we had immediately. We will definitely be back and will recommend 👌

It was a bit of a walk to downtown I thought it would be closer…but not that far overall.

Really modern and clean facilities. It had everything we needed for a couple of nights! Had wireless charges at the bedside tables. Water, tea and coffee provided as well! Loves the decor of the place, somewhere different but modern!

There was an issue with our shower and we were immediately relocated to another room. Great, fast service.

The bed was very comfortable and the manager was genuinely friendly. We weren’t supposed to meet her as the check-in is done via access codes, but she kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage earlier, which we appreciated. The towels and bathrobes were also very pleasant and of good quality.

The property is amazing. Comfortable bed and luxurious room. I was a bit apprehensive about there not being a traditional check in and reception desk but I actually think things went even smoother and the staff were more attentive and accessible through messages. We saw someone on our second day who helped us store our luggage and she was very friendly and helpful.

The room had electric codes instead of keys. The bed was THE MOST COMFORTABLE I have ever slept in & while there is no face to face concierge, everything was organised over WhatsApp and email and I had better service here than any other hotel/motel/stay I've stayed at. Marley & Aizah were so accommodating and even assisted booking a last minute extra day.

There is no breakfast, check-in is self serve, the area is a bit dodgy and the place is on a busy street (lots of road noise).

Beautiful room which was spotlessly clean. Water and snacks provided in room along with good quality toiletries. Staff communication was excellent with lots of information sent via WhatsApp. Good location.
