Traditional riad located in the neighbourhood of Salè, just outside of Rabat but easily reachable with a nice tram or short taxi ride. Property is a nice building, amazing breakfast cooked by the owner, on the nice terrace on the roofs. The staff is always available and very nice, there is a restaurant at the hotel. Very good value for money, relaxing stay, very classic riad

1. The accommodation is located in the local old town area, but as a foreigner, it’s not highly recommended to stay there alone, as safety when going out can be a concern. 2. Since the hotel is combined with a restaurant, there are food smells in the rooms. 3. The sound insulation is not very good—you can hear noise from the restaurant, and at night, you may also hear loud sounds from other buildings. 4. The water pressure in the shower is relatively weak.

Proactive and friendly communication, owner was very helpful and available at any time, he kindly helped as with extra heating as we were cold due to unforeseen bad weather. Room is small but has everything that's needed for a short stay

The location was fine, but you cannot reach it directly by car; you can park nearby though. They were a bit out of towels because of trouble with the cleaning service, but managed to offer some solution. The breakfast was very good and the staff firendly and helpful. Nice views from the terrace.

Hassan and his wife were very welcoming and did everything they could do to make my stay comfortable. The Riad is very clean and the food good. They serve wine. Hassan acted as a taxi driver/guide when he wasn’t busy with other things. The view from the rooftop terrace was lovely. It is a short walk to the beach. It was very secure.

Cousy and quite place of stay with very nice terrace, Hassan is a very welcoming and decent person and his wife with the worker are very polite and friendly,, When I did extend my stay they complementary upgraded me to the suite which was a very kind of them I really appreciate that

Great building, athmospheric room, nice decoration, lovely rooftop. Breakfast was okay and looked great; msemmen, baghir, cake and toppings. Very friendly and hospitable reception. We got good advice on parking, which is not easy nearby the riad.

“Beautiful building, Amazing owners”

The owners are such warm, nice and friendly people. From the moment we arrived they greeted us warmly, and gave us a free upgrade for a better room without even asking. The building itself is beautiful, old (in a good way!) and authentic Morrocan, and our (upgraded) room was nice and comfortable. The shower was great, and the beds were comfortable. There's a really nice terrace on top with different areas you can chill, but sadly there's no real good view which would really upgrade it. Our breakfast wasn't big, but tasted good and had everything you'd need.

Very pleasant room would like to stay again, well setup, close to the roof. Best part really was the roof area

First of all, communication seems to have been really bad as the patrons where confused when we showed up at the property although we had a reservation. The room was cramped with distasteful decoration, was very smelly and dirty. The hole facility had seen better days. Essential things as reasonable beds or enough warm sheets where missing. We stayed in a room meant to be for three people, but the third person was sleeping on a hard sofa and the sheets where to light for this time of year. There was no way to close the window properly so it did not feel safe to leave valuables in the room. Overall I cannot recommend this place at all.
