A favourite stop-over of ours. Characterful historic building, sensitively modernised. Good well-appointed rooms with lake view. Excellent cuisine in a busy restaurant with good really local wines. Very generous breakfast being included makes the whole deal very well priced Off-road private parking.

“Lovely base to explore Iseo.”

Perched up at the top of the town. Fabulous views around the lake north and south. Quiet and peaceful. Modern and clean bedroom / bathroom. The restaurant is busy with locals and tradesmen at lunchtime which gives it more of a buzz. Dinner is a smarter affair, usual hotel guests and a few extra tables. It’s clearly an important part of the town. The staff were all very attentive and consistent, considering the variety of nationalities. Ideal for couples or families with older children. We used the train and ferry terminals to go exploring. We spent a few days virtually alone poolside.

The hotel has a restaurant and they served the most delicious food! Breakfast is also really good, specially with the cappuccino! 😊 highly recommended.

Lovely hotel overlooking Lake Iseo. Great facilities with pool and very good restaurant at the same location. All the staff were especially helpful and friendly. We found plenty to see and do during our stay - including a boat trip, walking some of the Via Valeriana, and sightseeing in Val Camonica. The trains and buses makes it possible to explore without needing the car too.

What a find! Staff, ambiance, appearance, amenities and cleanliness were exceptional. A picturesque old-school Albergo with contemporary interior, on a hillside with gorgeous lake views. An absolute gem.

+ Room was comfortable and wonderfully peaceful with lake view from the small balcony + The old architecture was preserved amidst modern facilities + Courtyard was a pleasant afternoon sun-trap + Anna was an excellent hostess - always attentive + Martha, student working as a waitress, was absolutely delightful and attentive + Food was excellent and well priced + Excellent wine list and good quality local wines by the glass + Private car parking - Shower has nowhere to put toiletries. As other reviews, it simply needs a shelf - Glass tumblers needed in the rooms - not cardboard or plastic - No tea or coffee making facility in the room - Fridge non-functioning

Albergo Orazio is wonderful, comfortable spacious rooms, delicious food and helpful and friendly staff. We had a large balcony with stunning views over the lake and Mount Isola. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty with various cheeses, cold meats, pastries and jams and fresh bread. We ate at the restaurant three evenings of our short stay and highly recommend it. The pool is perfect at the end of a day out and about, also has lovely views. Anna, the owner was great, we had trouble with our onward travel due to a train strike and despite us having checked out and left she responded to our email plea and sorted a taxi for us.

Breakfast was SUPERB !!! Swimming pool with a VIEW !!! Big room with Perfect VIEW !!!

“Great getaway place with the lake view”

Very cute restaurant, nice and calm pool. Good location - we made it relatively easy on food to the lake everyday for long walks (though for that be sure to wear comfortable shoes as the place is in mountains and the ways are not plain, they are quite the opposite :)) And the lake view was gorgeous. We surely recommend this place for a weekend getaway!

Lovely place. The view on the balcony and at the swimming pool is fantastic. Food is good at the restaurant and at the breakfast. Remember to reserve a table! Food is relaxed, some dishes top others clearly. Self made cakes at the breakfast, especially the chocolate cake was excellent.

The place is like you're in heaven. Brings you to another atmosphere. Everything you need is there - parking, pool, wi-fi, and restaurant with amazing food for dinner. It is within walking distance from the port and the lake. Perfect place, I would book again if going there.
