“let people know if something happens and they wont be able to stay, asap.”
we drove from Sydney, and phoned to confirm the time we were going to arrive. The poor flustered male who answered the phone had to tell us that sorry, the motel was closed and we couldn't stay there. It was close to our arrival. He was helpful and suggested another motel we could go to. Otherwise, what would have happened???? Why were we not contacted ??
