Overview
Situated in the heart of the Sologne region Logis Domaine De Valaudran is a charming hotel set in beautiful wooded parkland. It features a swimming pool and a gastronomic restaurant. All the guestrooms have been renovated in 2019 and overlook the park. They come with a flat-screen TV, minibar and access to free WiFi. Every morning a continental breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace. In the evenings, guests can enjoy gourmet cuisine and fine wines in the Logis Domaine De Valaudran restaurant. Facilities at the hotel include an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by woodlands. Logis Domaine De Valaudran is close to the A71 Motorway providing direct access to Clermont-Ferrand. The hotel is set in Salibris, where there are opportunities for cycling and hiking in the forests. Paris is only a 1.5 hour drive away and free private parking is available onsite.

Dinner here is always very good and the Head Waiter warm, friendly and charming. It is also a convenient night stop when heading to or from the South of France.

It’s in a country location but very close to the motorway. Lovely garden but rather muddy in March/april. Good food at dinner and breakfast.

Owners’ dog in the restaurant being sick; the couple and their dog were sitting at the next table. I could see the dog and it made me feel sick too!

“Great hotel in a super location for a stopover.”
This is a perfect hotel for a stopover when travelling by road through France. I stay here whenever I drive to my second home near Béziers. It’s comfortable and the staff are friendly and efficient. The location is very convenient, just off the A71 and the hotel has the added bonus of an excellent restaurant.

“Comfortable and pleasant for a stopover situated near the A 71.”
I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The location is excellent for a stop over if you are travelling from north to south or visa versa. The staff are friendly and efficient and the restaurant is excellent. The addition of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was much appreciated this year.

The building and garden are absolutely gorgeous. The interior is a little dated, but still very beautiful and the rooms/beds were super comfortable and clean.

“Good place for a one night stay”
Location is spacious Funny design of the restaurant . Not totally in style with the rest of the place though ; ) Plenty of private parking space. Restaurant serves good food.

“Ideal night stop en route North or South”
This is our hotel of choice when we are heading North or South in France. Perfect location just off the motorway. Comfortable hotel, lovely wooded grounds for walking the dog after a long drive. As ever, dinner was excellent although the dining room does need some soft background music as it’s quite soulless. Breakfast is average but normal for France
