Spacious and well equipped, everything we needed for a week of remote working.wifi is excellent and plenty of space for a family of 4. Golf club bistro across the road for our morning coffees and a short 5 minute drive to local shops and supermarket. Plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery and everything we needed for cooking meals at night, as well as the BBQ of course. Host is lovely and very responsive whenever we had a question. Second stay here and will stay again. Great seeing kangaroos across the road in the morning and afternoon, and a kookaburra who likes to hang out in the trees right next to the property.

“Great place”
It was very well managed and got stunning views of the golf course. It was also conveniently located with short drive to beach. We managed to see kangaroos almost everyday and a Koala too. My three year old loved it.

“Spacious and well equipped in a quiet location. Highly recommend.”
The apartment is huge and very well equipped. Full kitchen with cutlery, dinnerware, cooking equipment, serving bowls, variety of glasses including wine glasses - everything you would find in your kitchen at home. The porch is huge and wraps around the front of the apartment with plenty of space to spread out. Parking right out front, air conditioning in all rooms, and 2 big smart TVs. The 2 bathrooms are exceptional, with large showers (good water pressure) and rainfall shower heads. Location is right across the road from the golf club which serves breakfast and lunch, and a well stocked bar, perfect for a lazy afternoon. Supermarket is only a few minutes drive down the road, and Nelson Bay is only 10 minutes away. Salamander Bay is a much quieter location than very busy Nelson Bay.
