Nice location on the beach, but not much around. Approx 10min car drive to the city. We had a car and we enjoyed the location. Few small restaurants around, was actually not bad, and cheap... indian food

We got a very nice room with balcony facing the ocean. The view was amazing. In general the room is clean and you find whatever you need. The bathroom is ok. The breakfast was very good, fruits, vegetables, freshly prepared eggs, cheese and bread. The owner and the staff is very friendly.

It's a wonderful place. We used to live in hotels on the beach, but it's absolutely amazing here. Wonderful views. Comfortable rooms. The most delicious choice for breakfast! And a warm welcome to the guests. I thank the owner of the villa, a kind and interesting person who created the warm atmosphere of this villa. And thank those who help create this atmosphere. I wish you prosperity and grateful tourists.

Absolute beachfront, excellent breakfast, really helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room with sofas to sit on not just beds, excellent aircon, patio with ocean views. The guide they organised for us, Sailah, was brilliant. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Our favourites were Zwara and Rosalie.

“A lovely stay with a wonderful host”

We had been badly let down by an AirBnB host and contacted Musallem at Sea Villas at the last minute. He was totally accommodating and could not have been more helpful. The location is fantastic - on a wide sandy beach (ask for a room with a sea view and a balcony) and a short walk away from a range of restaurants and a small grocery store. It’s a short taxi ride into town or to the airport, which is less expensive if you use one of the Taxi Apps. A delicious breakfast was included consisting of fresh sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, olives, feta and cheddar cheese, lots of fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order (try the omelette!), orange juice, whole wheat bread for toast and a selection of pastries. Arabic coffee to start was a treat and there is coffee and tea ‘on tap’ to help yourself to. Our host is a remarkable and interesting man with a great knowledge of the local area, and the mountains and desert which surround it. He is a professional tour guide (Salalah’s first) and can arrange a variety of experiences and tours for you.

It's an amazing location, just a few steps from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Several restaurants nearby. Next time in Salalah, I will for sure take room here again.

Great staff, great location

“Beachfront with lovely staff and delicious breakfast”

The place makes you feel home straight away. The freshly made breakfast including the delicious omelette made me especially happy every day during my stay. The friendly staff looks after you very well and is flexibel when it comes to booking trips or extending your stay. The location right at the beach and the views are amazing. The little village near Salalah City is cosy and you will find plenty of options for food and to buy snacks. I loved to see all the Omani families at the beach in the late afternoon for sunset.

The location was superb, our room had a balcony with a direct sea view. The breakfast was outstanding, with lots of fresh local fruits, honey, dates, eggs, olives, cheese and jams, juice and a variety of bread. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly, giving the place a personal and local touch. We also enjoyed that it was a small B&B with only a couple of units.
