“GREAT RESORT ON THE BEACH”
A resort 25 kilometers from Salalah, on a beautiful beach. Spacious and clean rooms and apartments, and excellent service. It has very good restaurants. The all-inclusive buffets are very noisy, but at the Arabesque and Silk, the atmosphere is very peaceful and the food is very good. Breakfast is spectacular, also the pools.

The resort had nice space for walking around and a beach although it wasn’t really the weather to relax at the beach.

There was a vast variety of food during breakfast, nearly all of which were of excellent quality, while the scrambled eggs and foul were subpar the rest was great and worth the price The beach was lovely and magnificent however it is important to note that swimming is not allowed during the fall season in Dhofar, but the view and weather were lovely Finally for our room it was spacious and remarkably clean, with a Decent view of the lake

We spent a week at Salalah Rotana Resort as a family and overall had a very positive stay. The resort is spacious, beautifully designed, and family-friendly, with good food and excellent-value spa treatments. What truly made our stay stand out was the people. Imelda made our experience feel personal from the start. She took ownership of what mattered to us, coordinated seamlessly across teams, followed through consistently, and was genuinely attentive and accessible. Her care transformed our stay and made us feel truly supported. Housekeeping was consistently attentive and generous. The restaurant experience stood out for its true hospitality. Beyond the food, it was the warmth, care, and genuine human attention that made each meal feel relaxed and welcoming. From the kitchen to the floor teams, there was a clear sense of kindness and pride in how guests were looked after. A heartfelt thank you to Ali, Ali, Mostafa, Sana, Noof, Abdelly, Abdallah, and the rest of the restaurant team for bringing this spirit to life every day. The buggy transport team, especially Sameh, was consistently helpful and kind, and Kamel, the lifeguard, was attentive and reassuring. The spa offered excellent value, and Seli was one of the best therapists I’ve experienced.

“Amazing place”
I can only speak about Salalah Rotana Resort in superlatives. The kindness of the staff, the location, the food, everything was absolutely wonderful. A very special thank you to Osama from the reception and Omri Hassan, the Food & Beverage Manager. They helped us so much in organizing a special birthday celebration, and their support, warmth, and professionalism meant the world to us. Osama assisted us with everything we needed, always with incredible kindness. We are truly, deeply grateful for both of them.
