“Excellent location and comfort”

The location was very good with easy access to shops and lots of cafes and restaurants. The Sultan Qaboos mosque and Central Souq are only a few minutes walk away. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially at Reception and in the Restaurant. The room was large, modern, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and quiet. Free bottled water is in the room. Kettle with tea and coffee. The breakfast was very good with an extensive buffet with hot and cold dishes and with eggs cooked to order. Easy walk (20 mins) to the palace, beach and old souq. Excellent place to stay.

I didn't stay on this hotel,due to weather conditions I reach salalah early morning 4am.i went salalah by car from dubai.They didn't allow me to check in and they didn't refund me the money.

Everything: 1) the fact it has a gym 2) the warmt and homely feeling 3) different menu for breakfast on day to day basis. Even when short staffed, staff worked harder to meet all customer needs , demands and expectations without letting on they were short staffed. Jibran, himself coming in on days off to make sure the team didn’t let their guard down. Consistently & persistently going above and beyond.

The breakfast was simple but nice selection.

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and contained all the necessary additions for a pleasant stay. The staff were agreeable, and the breakfasts were magnificent.

Nice Indian Breakfast with option of continental too. Nice location not away from airport & also in city Centre area. Rooms are good , no smell, neat clean. Mr. Shiledar from reception was very friendly & cooperative.

Very clean, spacious, good receptionist, restaurant available, near to other restaurants, shops at walkable distance. The bed cover ,pillows, and towels are very neat and white. Value for money.

The staff is very cordial and helpful. The location is great. Near market. Many good Indian vegetarian restaurant in walking distance. Breakfast is rich and delicious. Mr John and Mr Ali at reception are courteous and helpful.
