The villa, situated in the larger turistic complex, is large, well-maintained and very clean. The parking is in front of the bulding and during our stay there were always enough parking spaces. Eventhough the manager is not present on site, they are very responsive through the Whatsapp and all our requests were fulfilled by the property maintainer shorty. The location is a bit out of Salalah, but a good starting point for the trips around. Highly recommended!

The apartment is a great location for exploring the tourist areas of Salalah without staying in the centre of Salalah, with many of the attractions being this side of Salalah it actually saved a lot of driving. The complex has a good selection of pools, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, although we didn't use this very much. The outdoor space was lovely and we enjoyed watching the sun go down from the garden of the ground floor flat.
