“No good”
I booked this hotel after seeing the reviews but the sad thing is that when I entered the hotel there was no waiter sitting at the counter and even after waiting for a long time no waiter came so I was very hurt so I cancelled the booking and am leaving here I don't know

“Would only stay there again after total refurbishment”
Staff was great, eager to please, every request was met with lightning speed. Centrally located, close to the airport yet peaceful and quiet, couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. We can recommend the Ayal Alfareej Restaurant.

Everything was great here. Spacious, quiet room at a great price, a wonderful breakfast and an excellent location. The staff were friendly and welcoming and there are some great restaurants just a short walking distance over the motorway bridge.

“Very spacious and friendly staff.”
The apartment was very large: it was more like somewhere to live rather than just stay for a while. All the rooms were separate. Being next to the Chinese Village and Gardens Mall meant you had access to two very different places to shop and eat. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Reception staff are very helpful and polite - both Shiham and Jasir. Excellent location, 10 minutes from the airport, right next to Gardens Mall and easy access to all major attractions.

Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Salalah I had a fantastic experience at this hotel apartment.
