Great location, especially if you’d like to pray at the Sultan Qaboos mosque, and 1 minute walk from Mwasalat bus stop. Also, the room is very large with super high ceilings.

All the receptionists are super friendly. They let us check in earlier, and check out later. The apartment looks like in the picture. Good location, you can take the bus from near the mosque. The apartment was clean. Bathroom has warm water by the water heater, and soap, shampoo, shower gel. In front of the apartment building there is a huge supermarket, also Lulu supermarket is just 15 minutes walk nearby. I recommend to go to the new coffee place that is also near this place called: breeze cafe&crepe

“Highly recommend for short stay.”
I like the location,it's very near to Sultan Al qubus masjid and you can find good food around the area. Staff are very cooperative and friendly. The room was clean. If you want to save some money and want to stay in a location in Salalah then it is highly recommended.Its very good for the short stay. In the kitchen all the utensils are available.
