Receptionist Noor was courteous and helpful. He also gave us tips of the places around the area. It was a very pleasant stay in the hotel and location is walking distance to restaurants, shops, and malls. They also offered coffee/tea and Omani sweets in the lobby. We had a great stay !

“Great place to stay in Salalah”
The location is Superb. Very close the Salalah Gardens Mall, and several groceries and restaurants nearby. There is also Lulu hypermarket nearby Nujum Mall and walking distance to McDonalds. No breakfast included but there is a refrigerator, a microwave, water kettle and gas range so that we are able to cook our food for breakfast. Washing machine is also operational and we were able to wash clothes, drying rack also available. The area is also quiet and safe. The staff are also very nice and we really felt the warmth welcome especially Noor.

In fact, everything was great.. starting from the location where you find whatever you want close to you.. Salalah Gardens Mall is just a walking distance .. the staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful. My next trip to Salalah will definitely be staying with Daar AlMaqam.

It has a homely vibe and had everything I needed for my stay including a washing machine and dryer (rack). Also has a well equipped kitchen. Staff were very helpful too.

“Amazing home from home”
We had an amazing stay at Dar al Maqam Suites apartments. We are frequent travelers and have never experienced such wonderful hospitality. Prior to arrival we were a bit apprehensive of staying here for our two week stay in Salalah but immediately upon arrival we were made to feel so comfortable as though we were at home away from home. The location is perfect, quiet but within walking distance of all amenities and food outlets. The apartment was beautiful, light and airy and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was breathtaking. The Lounge and bedroom were very comfortable with a large smart tv and a lockable safe for valuables. The reception staff Mr Abdulmalik and Mr Noor (I hope I have his name right) were amazingly kind people and nothing was too much. Their approach, attention and service to their guests has to be highly commendable and leaves nothing short of 10 out of 10. The wifi signal was great and the servicing / cleaning of our apartment was always meticulously done by Mr Riyaz and nothing was too much. His kindness, politeness and attitude to guests has to be commended. We will most certainly visit Salalah again and our first choice to stay would be Dar al Maquam suites.
