The staff were friendly and professional. After I reported that my room had insufficient lighting, they promptly upgraded me to a suite, which I greatly appreciated.

The breakfast was ok. Swimming pool was nice. Location was peaceful and still close by to parts of the city I wanted to visit.

It’s well suited resort, nice pool area, stuff is kind and helpful, we were there only 1 night while discovering Salalah area, took dinner in buffet which was reasonable tasty. Very nice stay.

Although the resort is not on the seafront, a shuttle bus to a nearby beach club is offered at no additional price. The rooms are big and clean. The staff has been really friendly and helpful throughout our stay :).

“Average Stay”

We stayed for 3 nights and, unfortunately, the experience was not very pleasant. The room had a constant moist smell, the bathtub was dirty, and it lacked basic amenities, which made it uncomfortable. While some staff were friendly, the breakfast staff/waiters in particular were not welcoming, which left a negative impression. The breakfast itself was quite average, with several items not feeling fresh. On the positive side, the front desk staff were accommodating when we requested a late check-out, which we appreciated. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not choose it again unless improvements are made.

Everything was perfect, always was greeted with smiles and everything I asked for was immediately done without delay. Abdullah was one of the best in the staff, always smiling and making us feel welcomed and at home. 10/10.

Property was really clean and peaceful for family vacation. Easy access for kids pool. Plenty of parking space. Option to drop/park in front of your room if booked delux room. Special mention to the warm welcome and assistance of Mr. Usama from the reception and Mr. Arun from the restaurant.
