“Perfect desert/beach retreat”

Amazing hotel that feels like a retreat in the desert. Facilities were good and spread out which made you feel more relaxed and there is a lovely coastal walk which has a very dramatic sunrise which I would highly recommend. Staff were also really helpful and would go out of their way to help.

Simply amazing place! We enjoyed our stay very much, we felt very relaxed, all the facilities are great, clean and spacey. The whole resort is huge, people just get lost in it and it feels very exclusive. The food, rooms, staff or service at the pool or beach are awesome.

Love this hotel very much! we had great experience there, view from swimming pool is amazing, very clean, staffs are so friendly, easy to access to beach as well. Can’t describe more how much we enjoyed it!

Spacious rooms, quality of food, view, beach

Exotic, wild, remote and spacious area. Nothing around, it is just the Resort. Rooms exceeded my high expectationy: Fantastic big, Boutique Style, modern, huge bathrooms. Comfortable beds, brandnew towels and bedlinen. All Looks fresh and nice. Wonderful 2 swimming pools. Great stylish design. Lovely breakfast with Buffet and orders served to the table. 5 Star SPÄT, Massage highly Recommended. I Like the desert Style appearance of the Location, did not miss the greenery at all. Mountains in the background add to the vibe, especially beautiful at Sunset. The normal terrace rooms might be the best (and cheapest) regarding Location in the compound, rooms no. 33-53.

“Disappointing”

The setting of the place is gorgeous, situated between the mountains and the sea. The general aesthetic is also really nice. Staff are really friendly and the pool, beach and spa are incredibly well maintained. The beach itself is gorgeous.

“Incredible”

The definition of a 5 star hotel, we loved it. The hotel is perfect, quiet but with everything you need in it. With 2 stunning pools and a very comfortable lounging area surrounding it. The hotel has daily activities which you can join for free. The staff is super nice, we felt very welcomed at all times. During breakfast the team was particularly exceptional. Thanks to the chef too who came to our table everyday! The shower in the room is wonderful and it has a bathtub too. We left the hotel daily to go explore but being back everyday felt super nice. We leave with a feeling that we want to meet more Alila hotels.

The breakfast was truly excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. If you're ever looking for a quiet and modest place to stay, I highly recommend Hinu. It was a perfect escape.

“Pretty hotel and beach, but let down by an uninformed concierge and overpriced internal services”

The food at the hotel was very mediocre. It was completely fine, but as a regular hotel patron, I was expecting something tastier and more impressive. The venue was very pretty though.

The design and location were stunning, and every detail seemed perfectly planned. The apartments felt very private, and having wildlife like camels, flamingos and cows around the hotel made the whole experience truly special. I hadn't mentioned in advance that I have a milk allergy, yet the staff went above and beyond to take care of me. They prepared separate dishes for me at the buffet dinner, and the chef even came out to make sure my food was completely dairy free. The spa was fantastic, and it was a real joy to use. We like to work out even when we travel, and both the gym and the spa (steam room, saund and plunge pool) were much better than we expected.
