Pradip was very kind and made us feel very welcome. Our dinner was fine as was breakfast and we enjoyed getting up to see the sun rise. A very special moment indeed

A stunning location! We were upgraded on arrival and enjoyed cliff top views from our room. We were up early to enjoy the sunrise and were treated to clear skies and views along the whole coastline below. Good and tasty dinner menu at a very reasonable price.

What a beautiful place in the mountains and what a view. We had a little balcony facing the cliff, a great spot for birdwatching. It was cloudy, so we have to come back! ;-)

Beutiful location overlooking Mirbat cliff. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. No access without a car. The place is defnetly for nature lovers but the construction was very disruptive for the natural enviroment. Light pollution from large number of lamps.

“Breathtaking views in a cozy hotel”
The location was incredible: such breathtaking views at the top of Jebel Samhan! The service was fantastic, the guys took care of everything. The breakfast was nice and big, the rooms facing the mountain cliff had everything you needed. Beware: this hotel does not have wi-fi :) great way to disconnect

The accommodation had several non-negligible flaws: nonrefundable, poor online communication, loud howling winds on some nights, stained walls and curtains, very poor signal etc., HOWEVER thanks to the magnificent location, kind and helpful personnel, tasty potato-stuffed flatbreads for breakfast, nice aesthetics of the resort and especially incredibly low price (2x standard double room for 3 people for 10 nights for 900 euro), I must award it with 9 points. If the price were higher, I would be disappointed and angry, but in this case, it was a great value for money.

Location is amazing. Love how peaceful and quiet the location is. Staff was welcoming and everything was arranged for our stay. The room was basic, but clean. The bed was really comfortable.
