The lack of a refrigerator was a disappointment, apparently it is only present in the room around the pool.

“Terrible experience and the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful.”
There were dead cockroaches all over the room. There was no daily fulfillment of coffee or bottled water. The coffee pot was in terrible shape. The toilet was dirty when I first arrived at my room. And my credit card was charged again when I checked in. Even though I had prepaid weeks in advance for the three night stay.

We choose Shady Villa because of the location. The room, pool and the grounds were perfectly maintained.
