The facilities, decor, quality of property. AC was brilliant, kitchen fit, TV and sound system top notch. Spotlessly clean and beautiful welcome Frangi pani everywhere.

The villa was beautiful and very spacious. Rooms were big and clean. The view from the deck is Amazing. Since the villas are located on quite a steep Hill the place offers a golf buggie that can take you up and down from the villa which was nice especially with a baby. But the Hill is walkable, just requires some effort. Breakfast at the Flow Cafe was superb and very tasty. Beach is really close, just a short walk down the hill and it was very pretty.

This villa is absolutely beautiful with a fabulous eternity pool next to a sunken pit with comfortable sofas we used every night! The pool looks out to the sea and has the most outstanding view, especially at sunset. The staff were super accommodating and could not do enough for us to ensure we had an exceptional stay. Each room has a bathroom, large walk-in shower, cupboard, and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, wine fridge, oven, microwave, kettle etc. The breakfast is nice, but quite standard although there is also a coffee shop onsite so you can buy any add-ons.

Incredible ocean view with magnificent sunsets. Pool is shared per apartment block but feels like private and is high quality. Silent apartment. Very tasty breakfast at Flow cafe, at entrance of “compound” area.

The villa and the pool with the view was exceptional. Villa was clean and spacious. Great staff and service and surprisingly good food ind the Flow Cafe - both breakfast and lunch. Salad beach is cosy and quiet with few but good restaurants offering barbecue and dinining directly at the beach. We walked to the beach and for our family ok but the way there is quite steep

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the mornings was very good. The views from the room was excellent.

Staff were incredibly helpful with extending our stay and aiding us in transferring our luggage between villas. Room Service was prompt and always done with a smile from staff. The villas themselves were unbelievable with amazing views and if they were anywhere else in the world such as LA, Dubai etc. you would pay thousands for even a 1 night stay. Overall, I couldn't recommend Bay Villas enough and my friends and I will definitely be returning next year on our travels!
