We had a beautiful backyard with a great view. The home was perfect for us. It was great having a secure parking while visiting Lake Como. Nataly always responded quickly and was very helpful prior to our visit 😊

“We loved our time in this special little place, full of character.”
We loved the location on the lakeside in a quiet part of delightful Sala Comacina - one of our favourite villages on the lake. During our stay in the second half of April it was perfect peace, although there will be more life around in the main season, as in all places. The house was cosy and welcoming (a real bonus during the wet and chilly weather we sometimes experienced), and we felt very much at home there. The little ferry quay 50 metres from the house was excellent for shorter trips, and the Greenway walk into Lenno was lovely. The price is rather high for the size of the accommodation, but you are paying for a wonderful location and interior made with love. Communication with Nataly was prompt and helpful; she also gave me lots of information on the family history of the house and even asked her husband, Gianluca, to look out some old photos to send to me, which made our stay very meaningful. Gianluca gave us a warm welcome with impromptu tour of the village on arrival. Make sure to shop at the friendly butcher on the main road, not only for meat! The basket of goodies for a first evening meal was hugely appreciated, thank you!

“very good accommodation for a short stay or even a longer stay.”
nice place giving directly on the lake with a little garden. yet it could be improved if there were some umbrellas to protect from the sun… the equipment was ok for me but perhaps more demanding people would like to have, for example, a toaster! but all in all, it’s a very nice apartment!
