Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Incredible views (obv) and amazing food. Fantastic breakfast. It was like being wrapped in a warm hug and we left feeling happy and relaxed. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Loved the quintessential Lake Como experience having a huge terrace right on the water in a quiet quaint town close to all tourist towns and attractions.Hotel was modern and chic with all amenities and wonderful service! So many nice touches. Extra money for large terrace was well worth the money! Sunset boat tour was perfect. We stayed in Bellagio as well and extremely happy we stayed at this hotel. It made our trip! Breakfast was best we’ve ever had at a hotel. Staff was extremely helpful to organize outings and make suggestions. Both restaurants were delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel! Quick ferry ride to Bellagio and drive to Tremezzo and famous villas.

We really loved our stay at Musa Lago di Como. The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to take a swim and it’s only a short walk from some great restaurants and cafes. The bar and restaurant at the hotel are fantastic, we dined there frequently and had consistent great meals. The service is exceptional too, all staff are very helpful and responsive to requests, they all really helped make it a memorable stay. I would definitely like to return for a future stay.

Great restaurant, attentive staff which deliver good service (including little gifts which were unexpected). Property itself is very beautiful and well maintained. Gym and sauna/spa area is small but has everything you need.

The location of MUSA is stunning and I loved the fact that it is a small, boutique style hotel rather than a big chain hotel. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, especially bringing extra pillows and towels to our room upon request. The food was great and the pool area was nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

“I would return here again. I just had a few small criticisms but overall a great experience!”

Staff especially Martina and Simona were excellent. Our boat trips and transfers were so efficient. Frankly, the best concierge service I have ever experienced. Breakfast was very good and the guys at the bar - especially Giovanni - were super nice. The location is wonderful. Really enjoyed listening to the sounds of the water, birdsong and even the ferries!
