Very modern and clean, great AC, in unit washer machine, the view to the water and boats was beautiful and the restaurant next door was so lovely and on the water. Complimentary Prosecco on arrivals and the host was very easy to message with any questions such as scheduling a taxi.

The hosts were very helpful were very helpful with finding alternative accommodation. This was required as the booked apartment was not entirely as described on the website and did not meet at all our requirements.

Amazing location with a beautiful view and good access to nearby towns. There is a ferry stop about 7 minutes away by foot and free private parking fairly close to the apartment. Maria was very lovely and gave us recommendations to local spots to visit as well as a little online guide. The welocme prosecco waiting for us was a nice touch! The apartment itself was very well equipped, clean and new. There was a lot of storage space for clothes and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the balcony and ate breakfast there every morning. Amazing view of the lake! Hopefully we can visit again and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Maria was also very nice, she also gave us a card for free parking. the location was a good one as it was close to Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello and others. the apartment is right next to lake como with a great view. Something for breakfast, water and a Prosecco from Maria was waiting for us in the apartment. We will definitely come back here on the next occasion.

This property is beautifully situated in the charming village of Sala Comacina. You'll find a few delightful restaurants, bars, and a small shop just a short walk away. Our host, Maria, welcomed us warmly, meeting us at the nearby parking area she had reserved for her guests. She even went above and beyond by helping us with our luggage. We were pleasantly surprised to find a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped, featuring a small kitchen with all the essentials. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, with pillows that feel as soft as clouds. The bathroom is spotless, with a main bathroom and an additional toilet conveniently located near the bedroom. Maria was incredibly helpful, offering great tips for exploring the area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Maria met us at the private car park which came with the apartment, then took us directly to it. Maria made it very easy for us.

Everything! Cozy totally renovated flat on an idyllic location, with privileged views of the lake and the only island. With the windows open you can fall asleep while hearing the mellow clucking of the lake. Mornings with sun perfect for balcony breakfast, and evenings with a pleasant shadow to pair with some prosecco.

“Fantastic views and incredible host”

The location and apartment were amazing! I stayed in the Superior apartment for almost a month, and it had everything I needed. Debora, the co-host, was fantastic and promptly answered every question I had throughout my stay. She even helped my friends and me set up a boat rental for the day! There is a small local bakery nearby and a wonderful restaurant next to the apartment. The closest grocery store is about a 25-minute walk or a quick 5-minute bus ride up the road. There are plenty of easy access points to the water located nearby, including an area with sand. The apartment is on the third floor, which was not a problem for me at all, but I can see it being an issue for others who do not want to climb three flights of stairs. The place was very clean and all the appliances are updated. I enjoyed my time in Sala Comacina and I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Very friendly host who is constantly approachable if you have a problem. The location is very nice and the view from the balcony is beautiful. We were the first guests in the appartment so everything was brand new and very clean. The bed is good and the furniture is modern. The only shortfall was that the airconditioning didn't work when we were there. The host tried to fix it with a maintenance worker but they were not able to fix it. this was a pity since it was very hot the period when we were there. But as compensation they gave us back the price of one night which was nice. So if the airco works I can really recommend this appartment.

The location of the apartment is very good, right at the lake and the center of the village. The bus connection is also fantastic, and the next big ferry port is very close in the neighboring village of lenno. The apartment itself was spacious, and was very well-equipped. The host is very nice and is more than eager to help you with any problems and questions about the stay that might arise. Would definitely stay here again!

Apartment is brand new, everything is new and stylish, kitchen has everything you need, amazing view and location. And host was super helpful! Thank you;) My high recommendation!
