The apartment has some defects but overall it is nice and good located. The biggest problem was that the cleaning lady possibly stole our belongings from our luggages while they were in the storage room. I definitely not recommend.

“This hotel made my Boa Vista trip - 100/10”
There was a lot to like with this hotel including: - the aesthetic inside and out - the space - the balcony -the view - the proximity to the beach and the town - safety - quietness - beds - facilities The list of all the good things about this apartment goes on, but my favourite part about this place wasn't even the hotel (although it was great), it was José the manager. From when we arrived he helped us do everything. He genuinely made our trip to Boa Vista, we organised ATVs, car rental and whale watching through him. When checking out at 10am we had a 10pm ferry to Sal that day, he organised another room for us to all day where we put our luggage so when we finished our whale watching tour we could come back, shower and change. Also, when my pickup truck rental was beached he even organised a rescue service for half the price of what the rental company was charging. Cape Verdeans have been great throughout my whole trip but José really took it to another level. When I come back to Boa Vista I cannot imagine staying anywhere else based on my experience at this hotel. If you're thinking about this location just book this place.

Best location 10 meters from the beach and in the heart of the town. Beautiful comfortable apartment with sea view, very well equipped and clean. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful.

Jose is very friendly! Our ferry had a delay and we did arrive at the accommodation at 2am and Jose came in the middle of the night to check us in. Thanks a lot!

We spent 4 days in apartments, its ideal for 4 people, we were 5, so one of us slept in living room on sofa. The beach 2 min from appartments. Always enough hot water in shower. Safe place
