The apartment is not bad overall, but for a price of €95 per night, a basic minimum should be expected. Essential items such as a hairdryer or even salt were missing. Small things, but they do affect the overall impression.

Proximity to the main streets, beach 3 min away, cleanliness, spacious rooms, equipped kitchen to cook. A laundromat is a short walk available so very practical.

“Don’t book here as they only care about money. Your stay will be a nightmare”
I can't believe how awful my stay was at this apartment. The host is the epitome of rudeness. I initially requested a room change due to an overflowing shower and an uncomfortably hard bed. The host's solution was to offer another room with the same uncomfortable bed and no air conditioning. As I was already out when I received their response, I opted not to switch. However, upon my return, the new issue arose – the bathroom smelled strongly of urine as if someone had mistaken it for a public restroom, making it impossible to sleep. The overpowering scent of urine lingered, making my stay an olfactory nightmare. I called the host for help, but their response was as unpleasant as the odor – a dismissive hang-up followed by an insistence on immediate departure. This experience was beyond disappointing; it was downright repulsive. I had to spend hours on calling Booking.com to step in. Forget about hospitality; it seems the only thing they care about is collecting payments. I demand a refund for this nightmare of an experience.

Place was clean, new and nice. Kitchen is equipped with basic stuff. Free wifi. TV with YouTube, Netflix is not signed. Walking distance to the beach is aprox.3 min. Coffe and store are also 3-4 min :)

New apartment, everything is clean and modern. It is only 2 min from the Estoril beach. The owner helped a lot. Our flight was delayed and he allowed us to stay in the apartment without any additional fees. He also helped us with information about our flight. Firstly we stayed in the apartment on the first floor and cockroaches started coming so we asked to help and we moved to another apartment located above. Thanks.

“New Appartment building with european standards, elevator, air condition, hot water, just perfect!”
We looked for an appartment which is in the middle between city and beach. The KaDjula is the perfect place in between this most common destinations to walk. The supeermarket, cafe, pharmacy, bank is just minutes away. The walk to the beach and Kitestations is just 4 minutes away and the restaurants in the evening are a 10 minutes walk. Simply perfect!
