The receptionist was very kind , she upgraded our room on our request without charging extra. Room was very spacious and the view was remarkable.

“Awesome hotel, location, staff and everything”
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent, making everything easily accessible. The hotel itself was very clean, spacious, and perfect for families. We truly appreciated the thoughtful service — they even prepared a special sahur for us, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is good - right next to so many shops, cafés and lots of other places. The room was clean and so huge that we could literally run around in it. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a really nice stay.

“Felt like home”
Stayed a week in the family room. Staff was very kind and the breakfast decent. The room itself was very good and clean. We really liked the interior and also had a proper tv for streaming so we could relax with some bingewatching between visiting relatives

“Very comfortable stay.”
Huge room, rain shower, very comfortable beds, nice looking toiletries (did not use as I have sensitive skin and have my own toiletries). Vibrant location with shops and restaurants around. Very friendly staff.😊 Hope to return next year.
