The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's central location in Serdivan made it easy to explore the area. The parking service was also excellent, with helpful attendants ensuring our vehicle was safely parked.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of the city so you need ride to city centre. Safe parking for motorbikes infront of the hotel.

I wanted to share my amazing experience on Booking.com and staying at the wonderful hotel in sakarya. The booking process on the website was easy and efficient, and the team's communication with me was excellent. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the reception was very enjoyable, and the service I received was undoubtedly the best ever. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the overall service in the facility was excellent. Everything from the rooms to the breakfast to the quality and detail in the decor of the hotel. The staff was pleasant and the room service and cakes were delicious. I love the standard of this hotel and will most likely always book here when in Sakarya.
