“Quiet neighbourhood close to Osaka & KIX”
5mins' walk from train station. Lawson (literally) just around the corner. Halfway between KIX and Osaka city so easy commute to both and a quiet neighbourhood if that's what you prefer. Can also do a day trip to Sakai due to the proximity.

We stayed for one night so can't say much about the washing machine and kitchen but they looked very well and the beds were very comfortable

the location is superb, as the building is within a stone's throw away from the train station but be advised that it's a local stop that's skipped by most express services, and going in to Osaka Namba takes sometime, say about half an hour or so I traveled to Kyoto during my trip and found that tiring at times, you need to plan trips wisely, not to blame things on the location apart from that the property itself is almost impeccable for its localised accommodation experience, quiet, well-equipped apartments in a residential neighbourhood, cutleries and cookers are provided, so are cleaning products

I found this place super comfortable. Enough spacious, good mattress and bed linens, perfectly equipped. The staff were very nice worrying about my check-in. The train station is just near, so it’s great choice for those who go to the Kansai airport, very convenient!

Excellent location! The station is right outside the building, which made getting to Osaka super easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable – would definitely stay again.

Steps away from paid parking lot, Family mart convenience store and Nankai Train station for access into city centre. Easy self check in and out procedures.

“Nice apartment helpful host”
Quiet,easy access to train station. Clean and nice room with periodic cleaning services provided by host. Very helpful & organised host Room is spacious and functional Surely will consider to book the unit again on our future trip
