Location! Great apartment in Belgrade Waterfront development a short walk to the old town / city centre and a great place to stay in and of itself. Secure parking! Comfy beds! Two balconies. The apartment was generally fine, but there were a few issues that affected our stay. Although there was a coffee machine and a kettle available, no coffee capsules or tea were provided, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the check-in process was not clearly explained, and we did not receive enough information about the apartment details from the owner. Better communication and basic amenities would significantly improve the experience.

“Great apartments but lacking some hospitality touches”
Very big, modern and comfortable apartment in the new Belgrade Waterfront area. High rise building with excellent elevators, great bedding, lighting, heating, two baths and modern kitchen. Free WiFi and smart tvs are a plus.

“Always top for a stay in Belgrad”
We have stayed here already serveral times. The appartment is spacy, clean and comfortable. Love to stay here, it's close walking distance to the old center and on the belgrad waterfront with lotst of restaurants and a big shopping mall just a few minutes walking from the apartment. Easy check-in and great parking lots in the garage of the building
