I really liked the flat we booked which included a big bedroom, a small bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Zak, the host, was kind and informative and helped us set up an itinerary which included visits to all the major attractions of Belgrade.

“Unprofessional”

Stuff called me on the phone to ask me to cancel because the apartment was "unusable", just 5 hours before expected check in. Didn't stay at the apartment. Didn't pay anything. Had to find another accommodation.

Very, very bad. I booked this hotel, walked 3 km to get there. And it turned out that all the places were occupied. And plus the person at the reception, completely without respect and does not know how to talk to a person within the framework of respect. He slammed the door in our face at the end. I think first of all they need to learn to behave humanely, to be able to talk to people and answer customers' questions with respect, and then conduct business. Everything is very terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

“Book a stay in your second home in Belgrade”

The best thing about this place is the host, Zak! Amazing person that just makes you feel welcome and at home from the moment you step inside! The room is nice and clean, and it has a comfortable bed. The place is in walking distance to everything from Belgrade Fortress, famous shopping/bar streets, Nikola Tesla museum and the beautiful Saint Sava church. It’s also right next to the bus station.

The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. The host Zak is an exceptional warm and welcoming person who did everything in order to make sure I have a very comfortable stay. “Awful. Worst experiance ever.”

My flight was delayed 3h and I informed, the person that I was earlier in contact with, over the phone about it. My arrival time was around 3 a.m. She assured me that its fine but that I will have to wake up a person working there. I came into the dark room and slowely said good evening sorry anyone there. A reply was why are you shouting people are sleeping. I said again sorry and explained that I need a room that I reserved. He got up and asked why I came so late. I explained that I informed about my delay and that I received a reply that its ok. I paid and he brought me to the room. Oh, no elevator and the room is on the 3rd floor. There was no toilet paper, no towels, aircondition was plugged out so I had to climb up on the bed to plug it in. It was very hot in the room. Curtains did not cover the window from the light. There was no summer blanket on the bed but a thick one that is used during winter. Everything seemd dirty. Instead of carpet there is approx.the same blanket as the one that was on the bed. The worst thing was the cleaness. I felt like it was never washed properly. Shower had a dirty curtain and the shower walls had hair on and it was not clean at all. Overall never again. I have never been to a place like this and I travel a lot. I was way to tired to take photos. I had to continue my travel and I left the room same day at 07.45 a.m so I was lucky I did not stay longer there.

I booked this place as it was close or walkable to bus stand. Checkin was easy at odd hours. It was one small room with attached washroom. AC and refrigerator was provided. Overall a good option for 1-2 days in transit..

Location was fantastic, 5 mins on foot to the city center.

The bed was really comfy and the location was good. The room was big and had AC. Host was really friendly. It was good value for the price.

Zak was very very friendly and he was there when you needed anything. Everything was extremely clean and smelled so nice. İt is a very old apartment and the ambiance is very different , you can feel the old times' soul. Thanks !

Zac the receptionist was very nice, super accommodating, and flexible! He gave us good tips on where to go and what to see in the city. You could really see he cares that the guests have a good time and have everything they need! Also, the apartments are in a very convenient location, it was wonderful to be so close to the old town on one side and the waterfront on the other. The place was also very quiet, we slept with the windows open.
