“Avoid avoid avoid”

Out of the 50 countries I've been to, this is by far the worst accomodation I've been in, to the extent that ot ruined my time in Belgrade. The lady who greets you doesn't understand any English and provides an inaccurate exchange rate, but that's the least of the issues. I asked the host how the flushing works and they replied that it's broken. In fact I was informed twice that it wasn't working. After requesting a refund, it was apparently a misunderstanding even though he said "the flushing does not work" Besides that, the place was filthy - dried urine on the toilet seat, and the wipe that I cleaned the seat with was dark grey. You are not provided with shampoo, and the sink is fit for a small kid, or maybe even a rodent. After complaining, the hosts couldn't find any issues, which was very convenient as I did leave the place a bit better than I found it. This is the most disgraceful host I have ever encountered. Unfortunately I don't have any photos of proof of all these issues, but I did take some photos of the bedroom as a laugh. The Christmas decorations weren't a problem in of itself, but is strong evidence how unbothered and lazy the host is, he couldn't even be interested in removing these 4 months after, so what care or effort is put into this place?

Very well situated nex to belgrade waterfront.bthwnlady was all the time on Contact showed us everyrhing.

Wonderful place probably in the best area of Belgrade. Both the center and the Ada island are near, the river front is just 5 min away on foot. The host is super friendly. Room on the ground floor, easy to bring the bags) We liked it a lot and would probably come again.

Clean and comfortable with lots of space and in a nice location. Prompt and clear communication from start to finish. The host greeted me and gave a quick walk through and followed up shortly after to make sure all was well. Plus it had a foosball table and netflix.

I was extremely lucky to choose the 4Seasosn apartment! I absolutely love this place! The owners were amazing and so friendly and helpful. The apartment is cozy and modern, (everything is comfortable) with a great bathroom, kitchen, dining area and room. What you see in the pictures, is really there! Through the apartment, there are so many details - you can always feel the exquisite personal taste of the owners. Best possible location in Belgrade, in the heart of evrything. The name is perfectly chosen! This is an apartment with warmth and soul. I just love it!

Location is exceptional, with walking distance to the river and many local amenities. The appartment is recently renovated with a nice bathroom and other details. It's "hidden" on the yardside so without much heat during the day, which is great for the summer.
