“A nice and accomodating stay, though slightly difficult to get to from the station.”
Clean and mostly comfortable! The staff did what they could to accomodate my limited Japanese and their limited English, and I appreciated it. There's an Italian restaurant next door that also holds a buffet breakfast if you pay extra.

“Lovely stay and helpful staff”
The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Facilities were great - there's even a microwave on first floor as well as free coffee and tea, and they provide free bath bombs to use. There's also free shuttle service to and from Omiya station on workdays, which were helpful. Room was also clean and not overly cramped.

Climatisation didn’t work. Never had a smoking allowed room wit such an awfull smell
