“We would recommend the twin room and facilities, we are not sure if all rooms meet the same standard”
We enjoyed the stay during this booking. The twin non-smoking room was clean, nicely smelling, as large as expected, high quality amenities and breakfast. The staff was helpful. The hotel is located in an easily accesible area, 5-10 min walk from Urawa train station, with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

“The Wedding Hotel that could”
I liked how well the rooms were taken care of. I knew it was an older hotel but the amenities were very good. Washcloths toothbrushes and razors were provided at no extra charge.

Not a new hotel, but a smart and well kept one, with comfortable rooms, a big spacious lobby and all the facilities/amenities you'd hope for in quite a high end hotel. Nice having the demisting on the mirror in the bathroom. I was told it was the smartest/most comfortable hotel in the area my locally based client.

Overall location was quite good, lots of food options nearby, though about a 15 minute walk from the station. The staff were lovely on check in and check out. The rooms were very clean.

“Great hotel in the area, nice and polite staff.”
All the hotel staff were very polite and nice. During the day I checked-in, they were having some problem with the electricity so I need to wait for a while, but they were very sorry about it and gave me free upgrade even though I said it was fine. Thank you very much
