Receptionists had a very good service; location very close railway station; my room had a beautiful view of the park. Everything was good !

A modern hotel with a conference center, conveniently located close to Omiya Station. Omiya is served by all Shinkansen trains heading north from Tokyo, and Tokyo Station is about 30 minutes away by train. The station is only about 300 meters away via pedestrian walkways, and the hotel has a direct entrance from the walkway. The room was reasonably spacious, with a pleasant view of the square or park. There was also sufficient storage space, including a proper wardrobe. There are restaurants nearby, but more restaurants are on the opposite side of the station.

I could see the cherry blossom. That was special.

Absolutely splendid location, just mere minutes away from Omiya station. Room size was very nice, comfortable bed, great shower (pressure). Breakfast was lovely. Loved it!

Although this hotel is frequently used for weddings, parties and meetings, it is extremely clean and quiet. The hotel is located within 5-minute walk from Omiya train station. There are two elevators at the exit of the train station; therefore, no problem of walking to the hotel with big luggage. There are many stores, restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel/train station (there is one beside the upper entrance level of the hotel). It is a very safe environment around the train station and the hotel. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a vast choice of foods, with a good mixture of traditional Japanese foods and Western-style foods. The service at the restaurant is impeccable, and the taste of food is excellent. The room (single) was spick and span clean with a comfortable bed. The room is small (Japanese standard size) but very functional, and quiet (I did not hear any noise such as water, or people in the corridor). A high-speed train (Shinkansen) bound north stops at Omiya station, and it takes about 30-35 minutes to Tokyo station and 25-30 minutes to Ueno station (from which a Keisei Express line to Narita Airport departs). It costs less than $15 US/$20 Can. for a commuter train to downtown Tokyo and return. Therefore, it is very cost-effective to stay at this hotel, because the price of the hotel is very good (including a buffet breakfast) compared to the price of hotels in downtown Tokyo.

The breakfast was very good with a large selection. The room had all the conveniences we required and could check out until 12 pm and still leave our baggage until it was time to get the train for our trip to Narita Airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I loved the location. It's close to the Omiya Station where the shinkansens and local trains run. It's also close to a Family Mart, to the SOGO Department Store and other establishments. The room is bigger than the normal rooms in Japan, so I'm delighted with that. The property also gives off luxury. The experience I got was definitely one of the best hotel experiences we had in Japan. The check-in and checkout process are also painless, and the staff were nice too.

Easy walk from the train station, but still far enough away to escape the crowds. Very quiet, felt safe, bed extremely comfy. Our end room had a great view with a full curved window which was quirky and a bit more spacious.

The japanese breakfast spread was great! They have a little map drawn by a local artist showing where different ingredients came from. The food was healthy and delicious. They also have continental breakfast offerings, but the japanese breakfast selection is the star. I also loved that they have a live omelette station, a variety of freshly cut fruits, and fruit juices. Room was clean with sufficient space to open your suitcase and to hang 4 pieces of clothes (there’s also a desk, air purifier-humidifier, mini fridge), the provided shower toiletries from stephen knoll were great for my skin and hair in the winter season, they provide additional facial products at reception, staff were multilingual and approachable, other hotel guests are mostly Japanese locals. They have a lawson on the second floor of the hotel, and on this level there is a direct walkway to the JR station. The room is compact and height appropriate for average sized asians. If you’re 1.8m or taller, your feet will hang over the bed and the bath tub is japanese style so do take that into consideration.
